Welcome to Luke’s Café Wine Bar
Named after her only son, Luke’s Café Wine Bar is the only wine bar in this beautiful market town of Whitchurch. Nestled at the top end of the High Street opposite the Civic Centre amongst super pubs and restaurants.
Offering a selection of hand-picked wines, bottled beers and a large range of spirits. With a growing cocktail menu (we are happy to make something up for you if we have it in!) with bar snacks too, there is everything you would need for a relaxing time.
We love hosting all sorts of parties too such as birthdays, baby showers and local hobby groups, so give us a call and see if we can make your event special.
We regularly host quiz nights gin and wine tastings and cheese and wine night so keep an eye out on the Face book for what’s coming up.
Pop in for a quick drink or stay the night, we welcome children and love dogs too!
Pop in for one, stayed longer than expected. This place may be small but its always full of friendly welcome by Vikki and anyone else who may already be drinking in there. You pop in for one and before you know you are chatting away to others and drink number 3 is in your hand. As new people to Whitchurch , its been a great place to meet new people. Its a relaxed atmosphere where being social is encouraged. We also attended the cheese and wine night which was great fun. Pop in once and you be back again.

Popped in on the way home and I'm so glad we did! The owner was so friendly, warm and welcoming; the décor is beautiful, atmospheric and inviting. What a wonderful little gem in our town!

On our doorstep but only visited Luke’s wine bar for the first time yesterday. Such a gorgeous little place, such lovely n friendly staff. Cocktails & wine were both perfect! Highly recommend. Will definitely return!

What a great place. Super friendly and efficient owner. Really good wines, nibbles and cake. Wine and Bourbon tasting evenings. Happy to host parties. Will definitely be going again.

Great little place. Really chilled atmosphere and they really know their drinks. Limited menu due to space, but each one is a cracker. Whether it's a coffee or something stronger, they've got the right choice. Well worth a visit

Luke is the best member of staff I’ve come across, he was extremely attentive, helpful and courteous. We were offered blankets, free nibbles, a hot water bottle and treats for our dogs. I think if everyone in the service industry was this enthusiastic, the world would be a happier place ! 😁

Absolutely lovely place. My mates really enjoyed it and so did I. I would highly recommend coming here for a family gathering or just a night out with people. Staff are lovely and buddy the dog is adorable so friendly and loves scratches!!

We love going to Luke’s! Vicky is a great host and makes everyone feel very welcome. We particularly love going to the special events such as wine tasting and quizzes!
